New Facilities
The NEW Centre will have three event / meeting spaces -the Village Hall, the Clubroom, and a Meeting Room, and offers disability access throughout. The Village Hall also has a fully equipped modern kitchen. The Centre is situated in the Ansty Recreation ground with access to a children’s playground and football and cricket pitches. There are over 40 parking spaces for users.

The Village Hall
The new modern Village Hall will enjoy a sunny outlook onto the recreation ground and a patio / picnic area. The Village Hall will benefit from air-conditioning, a sound system, projector, and induction loop, and kitchen access to use and much more. Ideal for parties, special events and wedding celebrations as well as dance and exercise classes, the Hall will also support business meetings, presentations and small conferences.

Clubroom
The Clubroom on the first floor, with a bar and its own kitchen, will provide a welcoming modern room with an outlook onto Recreation Ground from the viewing balcony. It will be available to the clubs using the outdoor sports facilities at weekends and in the evenings, as well as remaining open to the community. The Clubroom is suitable for small classes, meetings and groups and will be available for hire during weekdays between 9.00 and 17.30.

Snooker Room
The snooker room has two full-size snooker tables used in by experienced amateurs competing in local leagues and available to newcomers just learning how to play snooker. The partition wall between the snooker room and the meeting room can be moved to provide extra space for spectator viewing for snooker competitions.
Changing Rooms
The Centre will have four changing rooms with shower facilities to the specifications of the cricket and football governing bodies are available for use by sports clubs, exercise or dance groups. The Centre also has seperate changing facilities for match officials and for women playing in senior league cricket games.

Car Parking
The new Centre willalso deliver a much-needed improvement to the car parking facilities, reducing the impact of visitors to the site parking in Deaks Lane. The car park will increase from 22 spaces to 43 spaces following the demolition of the village hall and completion of the car park extension.
