Current Fundraising

Despite the project’s success additional funding will be required to deliver it in full.  These funds are needed because we have spent more on works below ground to re-route the sewer and improve the rainwater drainage.  We have also improved the design by remodelling the first-floor clubroom and improving the balcony.  We are also looking to install a modern audio-visual system and hearing loop in the village hall under our crowdfunding campaign ‘Helping Ansty See and Hear’.

How you can help

If you looking to support the Centre’s fundraising there are two ways you can get involved.

‘Helping Ansty See and Hear’

Crowdfunding Campaign

On 4 June we will be launching our crowdfunding campaign, ‘Helping Ansty See and Hear’ to raise the £5,000 we need towards the installation of the audio-visual system and hearing loop in the village hall.  If we meet our stretch target of £10,000, we will hope to extend the audio-visual and hearing loop installation in the other meeting rooms.

“Helping Ansty See and Hear” has been accepted under the Calor Rural Communities Fund and under this programme we need your votes of support as well as your money. Under the Calor scheme the projects hitting their target will go through to a final with the prospect of an addition £5000 award.

Every “like” of the project page counts as one vote and every donation earns us “ten votes”. So please give the page a visit and even if you are not able to donate don’t forget to leave your “like”.

AVCT Pledge Scheme

Or pledge scheme has already raised £25,000 from Sports and Social Club donors and we are hoping to push this up to £40,000 in the coming months and if we can reach a stretch target of £50,000.  The Ansty Village Centre Trust is registered for Gift Aid with HMRC so all individual pledges could be worth up to £62,500!

If you would like to know more and think you could help either by supporting the pledge scheme directly or finding new donors, we would be very pleased to hear from you.

The project would not have possible without overwhelming support we have received from community and sports funders.  Our funding partners have helped us raise over £1.1 million to get the construction of the Centre underway (see below).  We are still raising funds to complete the project and to fit the building out.
